所以我说1:5还说少了，实际是1:9
不光美国核武数量是苏联的9倍，更大的优势是deployment
美国的核武部署在欧洲，在苏联周边，轰炸机飞到莫斯科只需要3个小时，导弹可以用中程弹道导弹，便宜不说，十分钟就炸到苏联核武基地和莫斯科，先发制人可以吧苏联大部分核武消灭在地面，消灭在起飞前
而苏联要想打华盛顿就要用昂贵的洲际导弹，战略轰炸机要飞去美国本土轰炸要飞更远，被拦截的可能性更高，而且有些航程不够，比如图4，只能自杀式飞单程……. 而且美国的预警时间更久，能在苏联核武落地前把自己的核武打出去
这就是为啥赫鲁晓夫要把核武部署在古巴的初衷，因为核武差距大，部署在
