文章的意思再明白不过了。
现在谁一心一意搞市场经济，搞全球化啊，中国大陆啊。
其它的，都开始收缩了，脱钩，制裁等等，就是前苏联的做法啊，非市场经济。
结论，1，20年后，中国赢。其它的搞非市场经济的国家变成苏联。
