Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives continue to investigate an alleged affray that occurred in Broadmeadows yesterday afternoon.
It is alleged two groups, believed to be known to each other, had an altercation at the Broadmeadows Railway Station just after 3pm.
Two teenage boys were taken to hospital following the incident.
Two other teenagers were later arrested and interviewed by police.
A 17-year-old boy, from the Banyule area, was charged with affray, intentionally cause injury and recklessly cause injury.
