The US Navy has several Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers in the pipeline. Specifically, USS Enterprise (CVN-80) is under construction and is scheduled for delivery by 2029. Additionally, USS Doris Miller (CVN-81) is planned, with keel laying scheduled for 2026 and delivery expected in 2032. These carriers are part of the Navy's plan to replace existing carriers on a one-for-one basis.
