法、 德、英、葡、日、美、等国，都是在｛普世&民主｝阵营，为什么美国对中国的国情认知较肤浅，屡次失误，而且其中有些是重大失误？
重 大失误：
1）1945 年，二战胜利后，没坚持 【划 江而治】 的 战略决策；
2）1971 年，没作出支 持蒋介石坚持中华民国应该留在联合国安全理事会’理事国的 战略决策；
3）1989 年，6 月4日北京天安门大屠杀惨案前后，&近30+年来，对中国太软弱；
4）2000 年前后， 不 讲原则地、草率地给予中国最惠国待遇 & 让中国加入WTO；

1笔2000~3000名中国政治犯的交易，这是1个什么数量级的概念？这2000~3000名中国政治犯里面，很可能就有通晓中国国情、具备雄才大 略的旷世之才，栋梁之才，希望之才。
